IS SHIPPING FREE? WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently offer free US shipping and $10 international shipping.

We ship internationally

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after purchase! We always aim to get orders out ASAP (:

Once shipped US orders take approx. 3 business days to arrive. International orders vary depending on where you are located but we always use USPS First Class that arrives ASAP.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER??

Yes!! We pay extra to be sure you can keep tabs on your goodies! You will receive an email confirmation once shipped.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?

Please email us ASAP if you need anything changed, we cannot guarantee changes to an order. But! the quicker you let us know the more likely we can update it for you!

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED??

Every order is hand packed with extra goodies. Nothing comes from a warehouse or random suppliers, everything is packed by hand *packaging may vary depending on what we have in, we always reuse + recycle materials where possible.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR PLATED OPTIONS?

Store me in a cool, dry, dark place + don’t wear me in the shower! Tarnishing is a natural occurrence with plated jewelry. For extra longevity you can apply a thin layer of clear nail polish over the area that touches the ear.

 

RETURNS/POLICIES

-We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may apply to your order once out of our hands

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
